Arizona Conference President on Partnership with AAF

Posted on September 27th, 2011

As progress continues at Thunderbird Adventist Academy (TAA), Arizona Conference President Tony Anobile has expressed how energized he is about AAF’s partnership with TAA. Here is what he has to say about it.

We are excited to partner with AAF on our joint quest to create a school of excellence! AAF’s goal is to develop new ways to advance the schools they work with. In all of my meetings with AAF I have sensed their sincere desire to work with us and to make sure that there is a solid level of comfort on our part as we moved forward.

I am so thankful that AAF is working with the Arizona Conference to provide leadership and the financial support so that TAA can truly be the best academy around. Through their financial commitment we have already been able to hire an additional faculty member to offer advanced honors classes, which we would otherwise not be able to fund. TAA has wonderful students and faculty, and we are serious about our commitment to educate for eternity. AAF shares this goal and I know that God will bless this endeavor as we move forward.

The Renaissance Network is an innovative program that has already benefited TAA. I believe that this model can be replicated and will work for other schools as well. It is AAF’s goal to partner with other Seventh-day Adventist Schools and I commend them as they strive for excellence in all our schools in North America.
